Iron Horse
I nearly forgot. Last night Sifu told us that he’s reviving an old tradition that has fallen into disuse: the Iron Horse. It’s not a part of our formal training, but anyone who wants can try it. All you have to do is hold a horse stance for five minutes with bowls of water balanced on your thighs.
I think I’ll hold off on preparing for this until after my brown belt test. I’ve got enough to worry about right now.
